The Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is everything you could ask for in a resort. The room was luxurious, clean and spacious with Dubai skyline views with daily free water bottles and cleaning twice a day. The food in the restaurant Mezzerie was amazing. Every evening you have a different theme buffet so it never gets boring. We have enjoyed using the pool and the beach facilities, all down to your very attentive team looking after us making sure we have a ice bucket with water bottles. Always made up our sun-beds with towels. The service provided by the hotel staff made this a 5-star experience. People who work there are exceptional in their careful attitude and professionalism. Thank you Waldorf Astoria, I would definitely return!

Beach, Beach service, Everything. Waldorf Astoria on the Palm is undoubtedly one of our favourite hotels in Dubai. Its elegance, ambience and fantastic service always make us want to come back. We wanted to say big thanks to the great team at the beach and especially to Akram for being very kind and for making our stay phenomenal. We will certainly be back soon.
